»Patent pools. In the book, patent pools are assessed from a practice-oriented point of view and thus misalignments of the current antitrust law are identified, which, in addition to making patent pools more difficult to set up, also have an innovation-inhibiting effect. The author argues that an ex-ante control procedure should be introduced and how it should be designed.
