The Ephraim Hawley House, a Colonial American wooden post-and-beam timber frame farm house, is presumed to have been built by Ephraim Hawley between 1683 and 1690. A private residence situated on the east side of the Farm highway, laid out in 1696, called Nichols Avenue, on the south side of the 330 feet tall Mischa Hill, just north of Hawley Lane in the Nichols Farms area of the town of Trumbull, Connecticut in New England. The house has the distinction of being located in four different townships in its history but has never been moved; Stratford, Unity, North Stratford and Trumbull since its incorporation in 1797.
