Providing realistic Job Preview to employees help in a motivated workforce and employee shows positive behaviour. The aim of the study was to find out the impact of realistic job preview and four components of Om-the-job behaviour i.e. positive work behaviour, physical withdrawal behaviour, psychological withdrawal behaviour and antagonistic work behaviour on Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).Two private banks i.e. Habib bank limited and Bank Al-Habib were targeted for data collection. There were 330 employees working in different branches in Peshawar city. 200 questionnaire were distributed among grade 1, 2 and 3 officers and 142 filled questionnaire received with response rate of 71%.Data was collected through simple Random sampling technique. The result of the study showed that Realistic Job Preview and Positive work behaviour found to has significant impact on organizational.
